Bug Description
On a default Dapper Beta install, the Openoffice.org user interface and locale settings (Tools > Options > Languages > Language of:) are "default". This seems logical but that default is not correct.
For example: all the buttons in the toolbars and the alignment settings under paragraph refer to "Center" for text. This is US English. In New Zealand we use real (Great British) English ;).
I don't know if the best solution is to change the "default" that OOo is looking at, or change OOo directly. For your reference, I have now manually changed the settings so that:
User Interface: English (UK)
Locale: English (New Zealand)
The second automatically sets the correct currency.
Please contact me with any questions or clarifications.

This is still the case in Dapper Final.
