Password protected file opens in background (visible on task bar / invisible in Unity)

- start with e.g. a writer document open
- File > Open, PW protected file
- password, OK
  > the opens in the background, visible on the task bar

should be there on the front, of course

Now with Ubuntu 12.04 and Unity, the file is completely invisible, untill navigating to it with Dash / Alt-Tabbing

This sounds more like a Ubuntu problem than a LibO bug.

Might well be, Marcus.
OOo had the same problems years back on Windows. Of course there's a lot of complicated stuff going on in window-managers...

Getting presenting windows and stacking right (pwrt. avoiding focus stealing) is rather hard - it is interesting that this only happens for the password case (?).

Bjoern - can you find someone in Canonical that can help us debug / unwind this most-annoying bug ? :-)

Bjoern - any ideas here ? seems like a clear-cut Unity bug, I'm tempted to close 'NOTOURBUG' ;-)
