embed the create/edit contact dialog in the main window

Bug Description
We could make Dexter feel cleaner, clutter up the desktop less, and behave better as a fullscreen application if it only ever used a single window. In this way, I think it would be good to embed the create/edit contact dialog into the same area as the contact viewer so that they switch when you hit the edit or add button.
