Spelling of ADITIONAL_VENV_PACKAGES in stackrc

Bug Description

According to the documentation, you can specify
additional packages for venv with ADDITIONAL_VENV_PACKAGES,
but due do a spelling error, it needs to be ADITIONAL_VENV_PACKAGES.

    Fix spelling of `ADITIONAL_VENV_PACKAGES`

    This preserved `ADITIONAL_VENV_PACKAGES` as an input for backwards
    compatiblity, but takes `ADDITIONAL_VENV_PACKAGES` with priority.

    Fixes spelling in comment.
