Bug Description

Even after the opendev migration there are a lot of links to git.openstack.org and review.openstack.org which get redirected to https://opendev.org/ and review.opendev.org respectively:

https://github.com/openstack/devstack/search?q=openstack.org&unscoped_q=openstack.org

We should clean those up.
