Devstack with Octavia Load Balancing in DevStack missing critical line

The current document has:

"First, set up a vm of your choice with at least 8 GB RAM and 16 GB disk space, make sure it is updated. Install git and any other developer tools you find useful."

To be clear, it should say:

"First, set up a vm of your choice with at least 8 GB RAM and 16 GB disk space, make sure it is updated. Log into this vm and install git and any other developer tools you find useful. Do not run the following commands on an existing installation of OpenStack or you will completely destroy the configuration files that took 5 days to set up."
