Exercises that are shipped with devstack failed with all latest releases of openstack

Bug Description

devstack/exercises/ are the exercises which appears to be CLI functional testing which are shipped along with devstack. Results of the run is as below

Briefly discussed about this issue is qa-meeting...

MoM:

Though its part of devstack, it's a legacy thing and it appears not integrated with CI.
Code may have deprecated CLI, removed CLI as well..

Primarily, we have to discuss if it's redundant and if tempest or test suites serves the purpose of exercise and if so we could perhaps purge from repository and subsequent releases.

Well, if there is specific use-case and traction it could be fixed and continue to maintain.
