DevStack Fails with disk & c-api

Hi,

Master Devstack, while running facing different issues as follows under ubuntu

after following http://docs.openstack.org/developer/devstack/

1) permission denied "/run/user/112/gvfs"

2) devstack/lib/cinder:543 c-api did not start
2017-01-31 06:51:05.030 | Error on exit

to retrieve i am running ./unstack.sh && ./stack.sh again, after sometime it running fine. May I know clear documents to run and follow to avoid this issue
