Bug Description

In devstack Quick Start Guide, second step "Add Stack User", a stack user is created then its entry is added in sudoers files and then user is switched using command "su stack" which results in switching to stack user but the working directory does not change to home directory of stack user. In next step we just clone the devstack and start installing it which results in some certain errors due to stack user not having permissions in home directory of other user.
