Bug Description

1. The https://devstack.org/ website seems to be configured to use the wrong SSL certificate.

2. The site has no default homepage and shows a list of directories.

See the screenshot.

It is intermittent. It works for some people.

It should probably redirect to the new home for DevStack: http://docs.openstack.org/developer/devstack/

Note:

When I search for "swift devstack" on Duckduckgo https://devstack.org/ comes up as the first result. When I just search for "devstack" it is still on the first page.

This is an issue with the "https" site; infra is in the process of getting a certificate for static.openstack.org we can add SubjectAltName's for devstack & trystack, etc.

I guess ddg is trying to prefer the https site, even if it's broken?
