liberasurecode-dev is not available on wheezy. Since we are meant to support wheezy (clearly we don't

Is there a workaround on this since I pulled devstack this morning and ran into the error: Unable to locate package liberaurecode-dev. I assume it's the same issue here and was wondering if we can workaround this for the time being? Thx.
