Bug Description

Due to errors in tools/ping_neutron.sh, exercise neutron-adv-test.sh fails.

1st fault
'neutron net-list' takes too much arguments

2nd fault
Typo in variable REMANING_ARGS . Later in code used under different name.

    Fix errors in tools/ping_neutron.sh

    Due to errors in tools/ping_neutron.sh, exercise neutron-adv-test.sh
    fails. Faults were: 'neutron net-list' took too much arguments and
    variable REMAINING_ARGS was mistyped.
