Syntax error in lib/trove

Bug Description

When launching devstack, line 210 generates the error:
...
++ '[' -z 'http://tarballs.openstack.org/trove/images/ubuntu/mysql.qcow2]'
/home/vagrant/devstack/lib/trove: line 210: [: missing `]'

The problem is that there is a space missing before the closing bracket, ]
