guestfs, ext2: parent directory not found

Bug Description

When trying to work with guestfs It look like we have an error:
   ext2: parent directory not found: /lib: File not found by ext2_lookup

On ubuntu to avoid this error we have to use the command:
   sudo update-guestfs-appliance
