docker push 10.0.2.15:5042/cirros fails

Bug Description

When trying to run devstack against docker on ubuntu 13.10 my script ends with the following error:

+ docker push 10.0.2.15:5042/cirros
The push refers to a repository [10.0.2.15:5042/cirros] (len: 1)
Sending image list
Pushing repository 10.0.2.15:5042/cirros (1 tags)

I have the same problem on Ubuntu 13.04:

The same issue when I've tested it.

This devstack bug was last updated over 180 days ago, as devstack
is a fast moving project and we'd like to get the tracker down to
currently actionable bugs, this is getting marked as Invalid. If the
issue still exists, please feel free to reopen it.
