Correct branch isn't checked out if projects already exist

Bug Description
If the project already exists in /opt/stack/* then the correct branch won't be checked out. For example if you have ran devstack using the master branch and then you want to unstack and re-run with grizzly branch you need to delete the projects from /opt/stack/*
Ideally it'd be nice to just tell devstack which version you want to set up (eg Grizzly, Havana, master etc).
