Bug Description
Various errors may occur during the installing or running of the docker-registry that are masked by the docker runtime environment. Basically, we currently get an error if it fails, that it failed, but not WHY it fails.
This has resulted in a number of bug reports, all of which have required follow-up debugging that could have been avoided with better logging output during the devstack run.
