Bug Description

After commit def4c141f1d917705ac1dbdbfe7525f47382dada is merged, "bc" command is used in stack.sh.
In very minimal Ubuntu 12.04 installation (without any task installed), "bc" command is not available.

"bc" needs to be added to files/apts/*.

    Add 'bc' to files/apts/general

After commit def4c141, "bc" command is used in stack.sh,
but 'bc' command is not available in very minimal Ubuntu
    installation (without any tasks installed).
We need to add 'bc' to required package list.
