Bug Description

Devstack removes python-crypto and python-lxml packages so we don't have a mix of RPM-installed and pip-installed packages.
However, this will remove packages that depend on either python-crypto or python-lxml even though we're about to re-install them using pip.

Maybe run all python stuff inside virtual env, so you are distinct from the installed packages on the system?
