Bug Description

Since the tempest pin was removed from manila proper in [1] glusterfs jobs (native and nfs) have been failing the devstack build, as illustrated here [2].

Code inspection shows that the glusterfs devstack plugin falls back to an old tempest pin [3] instead of not using a pin at all.

GlusterFS gate jobs have been turned off so there's no real reason to pursue this more at this time.
