CI fails for manila's xenial jobs

The glusterfs CIs fail for the manila's xenial jobs,
e.g.
gate-manila-tempest-dsvm-glusterfs-nfs-ubuntu-xenial-nv
always fails with,

| distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
| or been moved out of Incoming.

| glusterfs-server : Depends: glusterfs-common (>= 3.7.14-ubuntu1~trusty1) but it is not going to be installed
| Depends: glusterfs-client (>= 3.7.14-ubuntu1~trusty1) but it is not going to be installed
| E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.
| + functions-common:apt_get:1 : exit_trap
| + ./stack.sh:exit_trap:480 : local r=100

This maybe because currently "trusty" specific gluster packages
get installed regardless of the Ubuntu host's version, here
Xenial.

This patch https://review.openstack.org/#/c/359716/ too failed to fix the xenial job issue.
For final stages of Newton release, remove the xenial jobs from mania CI's check pipeline,
and rely on trusty jobs, https://review.openstack.org/#/c/359167/ . This should temporarily unblock the manila-glusterfs CI failures.
