Bug Description

After running "check-tempest-dsvm-full-glusterfs" ci job, zero sized glusterfs log files copied to below location.

http://logs.openstack.org/12/183912/4/check/check-tempest-dsvm-full-glusterfs/072e5ab/logs/glusterfs/

This is because, glusterfs log files created under root user and with the file permission "600".
