Bug Description

When Manila is enabled with cephfs native driver, the plugin fails to set the protocol to be used by Manila as 'CEPHFS' in manila's configuration file.

    Set protocol for Manila with cephfs native driver

    When Manila is enabled with cephfs native driver, the plugin fails to
    enable protocol 'cephfs' in Manila's configuration file. Correct
    this failure.
