Taiwan listed as "Taiwan, Province of China"

As people in Taiwan are not comfortable with being listed as a Province of China, please change it just to "Taiwan"

Please use cultural insensitivity/general terminology[1].A nd please do not follow ISO 3166, in this case, using `Taiwan' and `region' or `location' shoude be more neutral.

We had the same issue while developing the Loco Directory, which is also a Django web application such as MyApps. Here is the bug for reference:

In short, the fix was to use 'common_name' instead of 'name' in iso-packages.

Cound not find the source code of myapps.developer.ubuntu.com to submit a patch, is there anything we can do to help fix it?
