Applications listed might as well be installable

We're linking the top applications on the site, might as well have that be clickable and send the user to http://apt.ubuntu.com/p/packagename.

It'll showcase the feature to prospective developers since they get to experience how easy it is up front, etc.

We discussed this idea during the design and build but decided against it at this point because we can't assume people will arrive on the site using Ubuntu and, as for Install Quickly, we need to look for an elegant way for it to fail should that be the case.

Should this go to apps.ubuntu.com rather than apt.ubuntu.com? That would seem
to be appropriate for everyone, whether they use Ubuntu or not.

As per James's comment, if we've got apps.ubuntu.com it makes sense to link to there and point people to the place they can download and learn more about the particular apps.

As someone just submitted essentially the same bug (bug 942113) and a fix, I'll mark this one as a duplicate.
