Install instructions for Intel NUC is incorrect for Skull Canyon model

Hello,

Your instructions to install Ubuntu on Intel NUCs at https://developer.ubuntu.com/core/get-started/intel-nuc needs a clarification. For users with a NUC Skull Canyon (aka NUC6i7KYK) should be aware that that model does not have an eMMC. I ended up using the Live CD to install Ubuntu Desktop directly on an SSD drive, and did not use Ubuntu Core.
