Snappy webdm doesn't include external ip example

Bug Description

On docs page https://developer.ubuntu.com/en/snappy/start/webdm/ CLI example `firefox http://webdm.local:4200` is given. I was unable to test this on my device but I had to access it from `http://<external ip>:4200/store`. I code not get `http://webdm.<external ip>:4200/store`. Maybe external access should be added to the docs.
