should we change the sdk installation instruction?

Bug Description

According to zoltan's email, the correct installation is

sudo apt update && sudo apt install ubuntu-sdk-ide ubuntu-sdk-dev

but on the link at https://developer.ubuntu.com/en/phone/platform/sdk/installing-the-sdk/

the installation is:

sudo apt update && sudo apt install ubuntu-sdk
