golang scope api not present

I've just written a pretty full-featured golang scope (twitter) and I found that the golang scopes API [1] works fine (although it may be slightly behind the C++ API [4]) and the golang online accounts api [2] also works fine.

Yet golang docs (like api ref docs) are missing. The only bit we have is: https://developer.ubuntu.com/en/scopes/tutorials/developing-scopes-go/

Note: golang contenthub api seems to be missing [3]
