Bug Description

on https://developer.ubuntu.com/webapp-generator/ when i try to make a web app for my new ubuntu phone, but i am getting This page encountered an error, don't worry - we have been notified. Please accept our apologies. for days now please fix this i am using Google chrome , even tied firefox ,safari and opera al to the same effect.

On IE on the other hand i cant even log in to my ubuntu account.

it gooing on for about 1 and a half week now is this gooing to be fixed soon.
