[API] Scopes API links can link to wrong documentation

On https://developer.ubuntu.com/en/scopes/api/ there are two links to API docs, both have different issues:

1) http://developer.ubuntu.com/api/scopes/cpp/current/

What you expect: Scopes CPP API docs for 15.04
What you get: QML API docs for 15.04

2) https://developer.ubuntu.com/api/scopes/cpp/development/

What you expect: Scopes CPP API docs for 15.10
What you get: Scopes CPP API docs for 15.04
