Bug Description

Following the guide https://developer.ubuntu.com/en/snappy/start/#snappy-google , I get:

$ gcloud compute zones list
NAME REGION STATUS NEXT_MAINTENANCE TURNDOWN_DATE
ERROR: (gcloud.compute.zones.list) Some requests did not succeed:
 - Access Not Configured. The API (Compute Engine API) is not enabled for your project. Please use the Google Developers Console to update your configuration.

The guide should mention that the api has to be enabled.

I added this paragraph:

Also make sure that the project has the Compute Engine API enabled, by going to APIs & auth > APIs > Compute Engine API on the Google Developers Console.
