Bug Description
When something goes wrong installing snappy in the board, the serial console will have information useful to understand the problem.
It would be nice to mention this in the getting started guide. For fully supported platforms like beagle bone, it would be nice to document also the cable that's needed, how to connect the pins, and how to connect to the tty.
