Bug Description
The start page has morphed over time to include many things beyond a 'getting started' page. It would be useful to revamp the page with new content and tweak the subpages accordingly. Specifically changing the name to something like Platform, while tweaking the platform subpages and guides is one alternative.
Note for now the Start page includes pages on platform, SDK and quality.
