Bug Description
webapp generator says "This form generates simple Ubuntu webapps, ready to upload to the store." which skips a step of testing the generated click on a device. There should be more of a prompt to test it on a device prior to upload to the store and a link to instructions on how to test a click prior to uploading. These instructions should also be part of the guidance in the upload process, so that there is more of a chance that uploaded click packages have at least been tried out on a device prior to upload.

I wonder if rather than putting the package directly into the store, it should rather download the click to the desktop with instructions for testing. Then the user can upload through the normal my apps interface. Yes, that would result in a big extra step and stop a lot of web apps from making it into the store. But I wonder if that might be a good thing. The extra step may stop a lot of cruft from getting into the store.
