Push notification API is missing there on the developer website

I cannot find the push notification API on our developer website:

https://developer.ubuntu.com/api/qml/development/

We probably need to have a tutorial for this since it is one of the ways to do something like multitasking on our Ubuntu phone platform.

We've got:

The API docs are certainly missing, so we'll contact the push team, but in the meantime, this should provide enough information to add push notification support to apps
