Bug Description
mingw32 isn't available on vivid, because it has been replaced with g++-mingw-w64-i686.
g++-mingw-w64-i686 is available on every Ubuntu supported version[0].
Meanwhile this problem could be fixed replacing mingw32 with g++-mingw-w64-i686 in the guide, it's possible that there are other release-specified problems.
There are two possible solutions (IMO):
- add specific version notes
- add an advice that says "The guide has been tested on Ubuntu xx.xx"
