ubuntu-device-flash instructions are out of date on installation page

The instructions for using ubuntu-device-flash on https://developer.ubuntu.com/en/start/ubuntu-for-devices/installing-ubuntu-for-devices/ need to be updated to reflect the new subcommand system in that tool. For example: "ubuntu-device-flash --channel=trusty --revision=299" won't work , the correct command would be ""ubuntu-device-flash --revision=299 touch --channel=trusty" (probably also shouldn't be using trusty as an example)

Another example is the use of "ubuntu-device-flash --list-channels" on https://developer.ubuntu.com/en/start/ubuntu-for-devices/image-channels/ which should now be "ubuntu-device-flash query --list-channels --device=mako" (or similar)

should be:

ubuntu-device-flash query --list-channels --device=DEVICE

The list of preferred channels is outdated as well (http://developer.ubuntu.com/en/start/ubuntu-for-devices/image-channels/).

The recommended channel is now ubuntu-touch/stable instead of ubuntu-touch/ubuntu-rtm/14.09.
Moreover, the recommended one for the N7 and N10 is ubuntu-touch/ubuntu/devel, which hasn't received an update in years!

Shouldn't this page also include the the cdimaages? It is reference on the page for images. ;
