Clicking on username in the primary menu should open MyApps

Bug Description

All primary menu entries are linked to the first item of their drop down menu, this is not the case for the username.

I think this needs design input and a discussion with the myapps team.

We originally had it as in the description of the bug report, but it turns out that there are two places to log into:
- the dev site
- myapps

So after having logged into the site, you needed to log in again to myapps to see your apps.

As we add more functionality to the site which requires users to login in (webapp-generator, snippets, etc) we will want to have a profile page for them on our side, which would be the ideal place for the main-nav entry to point to, so I'm marking this as won't-fix.
