Running scopes in the unity-scope-tool isn't supported on Trusty

Bug Description

On the instructions for running a scope it says to use the unity-scope-tool, but that is not supported on Ubuntu 14.04 because the tool is built for the older version of libunity that is on 14.04, not the newer one that the scopes need to use which is only available on 14.10. Currently developers must run their scopes in a 14.10 emulator
