Bug Description

http://developer.ubuntu.com/api/qml/sdk-1.0/UbuntuUserInterfaceToolkit.ubuntu-layouts/ is a great article, but would probably live better in developer.u.c.

Things we could do then:
 - search for it more easily
 - edit it
 - add screenshots

The question is if we want to move the content from ubuntu-ui-toolkit to developer-ubuntu-com.
