Bug Description

http://developer.ubuntu.com/apps/platform/apis/ currently holds information about tools and APIs which don't fit elsewhere. Is /apps/platform/apis/ the best place for this? Is the name the best we can think of? Can we add some more text to the page to make the purpose clearer?

We wanted to streamline the sidebar, but for that reason the links are now just to quality related stuff.

The existing page only contained a few links to Autopilot API documents that are already covered in the Quality landing page. I've now deleted /apps/platform/apis/
