Bug Description

This Ask Ubuntu question contains broken links to the old indicators (Python/Vala) docs, which we put offline:

We're no longer supporting those languages for app development, but Unity 7 is still in an LTS release and we should move them somewhere else. unity.ubuntu.com might be a good candidate.
