Bug Description

1. At <https://myapps.developer.ubuntu.com/dev/> sign in, if you aren't already.
2. At <http://developer.ubuntu.com/> sign out, if you aren't already.
3. Go away and do something else for a few weeks or months, and forget the exact structure of the Web site.
4. Go to <http://developer.ubuntu.com/>.
5. Click "Publish".
6. Click "Sign in or register now. It's free!"

What happens:
5. It says "(1) Set up your My Apps account ... Sign in or register now. It's free!"
6. You're already signed in.

What should happen:
5. If you are signed in right now, developer.ubuntu.com shouldn't suggest that you need to sign in or register.

This might be a side-effect of developer.ubuntu.com and myapps.developer.ubuntu.com being separate Web sites. If so, it's another reason to stop doing that. :-)
