Looking at the ARB queue, we've noticed that when requesting feedback from app authors, the status remains as Needs Information, even when they've replied to the feedback request.
Here's an example:
https://myapps.developer.ubuntu.com/dev/apps/462/
Ideally, once the app developer has replied to the feedback request, the status should automatically change to Needs Review, I believe. |

The big issue here is that the apps queue at https://myapps.developer.ubuntu.com/dev/arb/ shows only apps in pending review or qa status, which means that if the Needs Information never changes, those apps will never make it to the visible queue, and are effectively lost. |
