Bug Description
- The link in the submitted to ARB email template should point at
https:/
- The review interface doesn't show the name of the developer.
- Same for a contact email. If the developer hasn't provided a PayPal email (that's the usual case for ARB apps!) the details screen doesn't fall back to display the SSO email.
- Could the details screen display the submission timestamp? It's currently stored in the ApplicationReview, but only displayed when the developer has submitted reviewer notes, as part of the Feedback snippet. It would be nice to always display the latest (and possibly also the original?) submission timestamp.
