Bug Description
The app creation wizard is very helpful, but when it gets out of sync it becomes confusing. If a user leaves the page during the creation process and comes back then he is brought to an overview of the process and given the selection of all edit links.
It would be ideal if the wizard remembered the last point at which the user had submitted and bring them to the most recent page for them to continue the process.
