Frequent timeouts on stats pages

Bug Description

Using https://myapps.developer.ubuntu.com/dev/click-apps/stats/ I am getting a lot of timeouts when trying to visit pages there. It's generally hit and miss (mostly miss) whether these pages ever work, including Dashboard, Charts, By country, By framework, Downloads and Purchases.

They mostly all return:-

"We're currently experiencing some difficulties

Sorry, it looks like we're experiencing a problem with this service. We'll be investigating shortly."

Making them unusable.

A known issue, but one that is becoming more urgent. We'll try to get someone on it very soon.
