Pie charts hard to read due to colours

Bug Description

Colours on the new download pie charts are random and sometimes the same for different countries/versions. It's hard to read the charts now.

Thanks Michal, I'll see if I can improve the colour picking logic to avoid duplicate colours.

I quite like the new design of developers portal but I think it could improve in some places. I'll try to report some more bugs with my problems :)
