Hello Ricardo

Can you tell us more about the error you got? Do you have a
screenshot? Did the error page inform you about an OOPS id or similar?

I am sending 2 screenshots.

1) I enter the page https://myapps.developer.ubuntu.com/dev/apps
2) I choose the upload field to send a file( zip, tar.gz, deb..). I've tried all of these ones...
3) I wait about some minutes( the upload), and...
4) page error( i've tryed from chromium, firefox )

------------------------------------
Bad Gateway

The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Apache/2.4.7 (Ubuntu) Server at myapps.developer.ubuntu.com Port 443

P.S. : I am using ubuntu 14.04
P.S. 2: The zip or tar.gz contents are a compiled game to send to the software center.

Thanks Ricardo. Just some more info related to this for the other Ricardo (sorry for the private pastes - summaries provided :) ):

The app server logs don't record any issue afaict [1] but Squid is indeed logging some 502s [2], indicating that something upstream from squid is responding badly (possibly timing out). I checked the timeouts on the app servers (huge - as we don't have a separate service for uploads of desktop packages, unlike clicks/snaps), and the haproxy timeouts should be the same.

Ricardo, how long is the upload going for before you see the error? If it's a long time (ie. > 5mins) it would make sense.

Hi Michael.

I think that the upload process takes more than 5 minutes, because the game file has about 30 mb. Is there another way to send the file to the portal?

Hi Ricardo

I managed to reproduce the issue. We're now looking into what needs to
be fixed to avoid these timeouts.

Unfortunately there is no other way to submit applications to the
store at this time. My only suggestion (until we get this properly
sorted out) would be to try from a location that has better upload
bandwidth so uploading takes less time and avoids triggering the
timeouts.

I'll keep you posted as soon as I have more information about this issue.
